27 ads in item shop..and in game probbaly around 22m?or 22m to be exact

It's much wiser to buy it in a slotted mid-gear, though.
Look at the break down:

Mistress card - 20m
Slotted AWE/EWE (example) - 8m~
Total: 28m~

As oppose to buying a Misstress AWE/EWE for 23m~, you're buying them for 28m.
