Recovering my characters from Animaro

Hey, used to play Animaro a few years back, but got into some stuff irl that put me away from it, finally got the time to come back and i find out that animaro no longer exists, after doing some research i find that everything has been moved to Anthemro for which im extremely grateful, but im curious as to how i would go about getting my old characters back especially since i cant quite remember my old user name and password, i remember a couple of my old character names tho, any input would be lovely

Make a support ticket. Post screenies of your characters like all of them. Thats about all I can think of.

ok opened a support ticket, just waiting now for GM to respond to it, if i was able to do a password recovery i could probably do that since i may be able to remember what my old account name was, but i dont see a password recovery option on the website anywhere except for the forums, which doesnt use the same account information

If you did it correctly it shouldn't take more then a few days, although you will have to cut the GMs some slack at the moment as they are busying trying to get the new update fully working (its been a very long time coming so yeah)
