Skill bar problem (really quick help please!)

So yeah guys, my skill bar is not on the top of my screen. People have been telling me, for it to pop up, press F12. The thing is, my F12 key is a shortcut to my music on windows. Everytime I press it, it just goes to my music. What should I do?

While in RO? It shouldn't load the your music then.

I'm guessing, if your keyboard is like mine, then you have to press an 'F-lock' button which alternates between the F and programmable keys.
