how i change to something else

Send a Support Ticket in after you make the new account, asking for the GMs to close this one.

Did they get rid of that thing were you could change your forum account name once (and only once) via a support ticket?

According to you, http://www.anthemro.com/forums/index.php/topic,9049.0.html, no.

Since GM didn't post in there, I'm assuming you can still change your forum account once via a support ticket.

Acctaully your meant to submit a 'Spend Credit' request. You do this buy going to Item Shop and you'll find the link. Fill in the details and add $5 to the Credit.
