Its a Draw if they both die.
However there are some preexisting conditions I think.
If the Champ just runs up and Asura's, Then well; He/she may not lose, But they are infact a loser in my books.
However if you're in a duel, and The Target is actually using other skills too, and then is forced to asura, then its a Tie.
