Question On Alchemist Plants

It's my understanding that you can't be reported for killing alchemist plants in prison. This rule is understandable if A new player comes in they wouldn't know not to try and kill the plants. But if you ask someone to not kill them and move away from them to keep them from killing your plants. Only to have them stalking you through the dungeon and killing every plant you make no matter how many times you move or ask them not to. Doesn't that count as player harassment and become reportable? It's not like they don't know better after some point and following you to do it means they are knowingly trying to harass you otherwise they'd go lv and kill some monsters that actually give exp.

It's not allowed to follow someone intentionally and loot/KS him all the time in KS maps. IMO, this is a similar situation, I'd report it, but make sure to include enough evidence!
