Do the GMs allow Rollback of a trans character into a non trans character? As in lvl 99/# Champ to a lvl 99/1-10 Novice, not High Novice?

Yes they do. You can choose either a novice or high novice. But why would you want to rollback to a novice?

I have a trans I don't want and no Non trans that are high leveled.
