Maximizing my high wizard

I have a level 90 High wizard and someone has let me borrow a sting brys.

Currently I am using
Rocker armor
2x celebs
+10 Quad dex rod
+7 Garg Shoes
Monsoon muff
and kahos

How can i maximize my high wizard with the sting brys?

Should i get other armor?
Wear a devi? Sleips?

I need input since all I know is IC build and i don't know how to maximize the use of my wizard now that i have a brys in my hands x:

It depends on what you are looking for: PvM, PvP, or WoE?

Anywho, Devilling for PvM and DL Sleips for the rest are generally what's best........
And you can lose the Rocker armour; status armours are immensely more useful IMO.

to use the sting brys, which i think its an accessory, just switch out the celeb for it
