Where do i find the Staff of Magi quest

I am interested in makeing one. From what I have heard, it's a quest. If so where can I find this quest?

You have to go beat the SQI Arena Located in Yuno (All the way up from warp point) with 5 other members each with a set of SQI Seals (6 sets in total)
