I wanted to make a baby character this morning like a baby super novice or something, but I was wondering.

To make a baby character you have to be adopted right? Or is there any NPC that can change you into a baby?

Sorry if this is such a nub question ><

No. The only way to become small is by getting adopted from a married couple.
