Bloody Knight Card?

I'm currently saving up Ad Credit for a Bloody Knight card.
According to the Ad Credit Shop, it's a card that compounds onto Headgear.
It's bonus is DEF +3, ATK +20.

Just out of curiosity, I went to look it up on RateMyServer.com
I checked out their listing of cards that compound on Headgear and couldn't find it.
So I searched for it by name and found it, only there it's listed as compounding on the Weapon.
Not only that, it's description was totally different.
"Add a 2% chance of auto casting Level 1 Meteor Storm on the enemy when attacking."

I don't want that at all.

Which one is real, or are they both real?
Is the one in the Ad Credit shop a specialty made one?
If you obtained the Bloody Knight Card from the monster in game, would it give you the RMS version?
What's the deal here?

The one in the Ad Shop is the correct Description. The Card is custom on our server.
