ok i have a problem

ok here is my problem my friend deleted animaro a few months ago and i couldnt get it wrking again so i started playing surgero. Now i found out about the new version thingy of animaro (anthemro) and i cant remember my password but i remember my username is there anyway i can fix it to where i can still use my account without having to start all over???

The following should be sent in a support ticket:

I just need to know if you have access to the email account that is registered with the email. If you do not I'll need the following information.

1. The most recent screenshot that you have of you playing a character on your account.
2. The name of your Internet Service Provider (Ex. AOL, Comcast, NetZero, etc).
3. Your IP (Find out yours at http://whatismyip.org/).
4. Your previous password for the account(s).
5. The last estimated date you were on the account(s).
6. The email account registered with the username(s) (If you still have access to it, we can send you your password to the email account).
