Do GMs answer General Question through support faster?

I was wondering if GMs answer General Questions sent in thru support separately from the other tickets faster.I just sent in a short question and was wondering if will be under queue with all the other supports,because it is really a short question really  :-[

Ahhh haha well its something regarding a money making idea,Im not sure if posting it on the forums is a good idea.Because good ideas always last until everybody starts using it   xD  and Im not sure anybody dealt with a question like that b4

Shes asking us if the GMs answer general questions fast if im not mistaken. So why not ask the forums that question instead of asking if they answer fast...?
