loadin screens

Can u somehow costumize ur own loadind screens ...
Im happy with most of them ... but the one with smithing is ... DAMN

Is there a way to modify this ? a application or anything ?

Don't forget the size of the loading screens needs to be 1024 x 768 and not 800 x 600 when you add your own screens in.
