Voting question

Will another person (i.e. my sister) voting in the same house (same IP address) as me cause a situation where the cooldown timer is essentially perpetual?

Because yesterday my timer was 10 hours, and now it turned 23 hours.

My bonus points are also somewhat erratic. Sometimes it will be 20-something, then maybe another day it will turn 5, another becomes zilch. The only uniformity in all this is the cooldown class (where those of 12 hours will share the same number of points)

this is what i figure is causing all the bonus point losses for other people o_o, cept maybe in the case of sharing IP, not so much the same house member.
either way, yeah its best if only 1 of you vote, or just use the same forum account o_o then share the ads
