I've never heard of them.

Have a look here and see what makes it although i can't guarantee you will be able to make them.

I usually make them from Loki's Whispers

Lolis drop those rarely. There are other items that produce shadow arrows, but I don't remember them. What I DO remember is that they were hard to find lol. The whispers are easiest.

If you need 'em, check the market first and if you can't find any, then start huntin' lolis.
