I can't change my guild emblem

I can't change my guild emblem. I have my emblem folder inside my AniumsRO folder
I re-installed the game, and remaked the guild but everytime I try to press the "Edit" button, no list pops out, my emblem is 24x24 and BMP.

I don't know what is the problem please I need someone with an answer.

Is the emblem inside your Emblem folder? /dum
