Do mutant dragonoids drop these, and if so, at what rate?
I've killed quite a few and haven't got one yet and wondering if it's just bad luck or what :P

I believe in RMS was 1.5% but now latest update say 0.5%.
So,here is 0.5% x3=1.5%.I rather like it turn back to 1.5% x3=4.5%

I killed like 50 of them and was like zomg no dragon breath :P

I got one off a DB Mutant Dragonoid .

And oh yea I made that +6. And I put in a Deviling . I suppose 0.67% of damage reduction wont help much with Nidd dragons awesome damage anyway.
