TTSS or TTTS?

I would just like to ask which is stronger in any weapon with of course 4 slots? Mace,MG,Books,Swords,etc You name it. Which one will deal the most dmg with for MVP and PVP? I think Turtle General has an additional dmg to MVPs, I'm not quite sure about this though... (Please don't post Hydra cards).

That depends a lot on your stats and the total ATK you have. The higher your ATK is the stronger turtle becomes, while Sam retains the same boost regardless of your stats.

Well I'm guessing TTTS would be stronger then since I'm going to have over 70-80+ STR with str/atk boosting gears.
