I have been in prison for 1 and a half hours and still I did not get the impositio manus effect at 3% rate. Is there something wrong with this card? It did say when doing physical dmg, I am attacking zombies physically! Even soul ring in niff/other places work!

idk but that's what it say's on RMS not 3% but rather 0.3% ?? and the description is also kinda messed up it say's on the enemy instead of player or is it just me or is it bugged?
