Cheap ways to counter after cast delay?

Anything besides dopps and kiels help in this area? I loathe the aftercast for heal, it's a literal killer. ._.

Nope, just Kiel, Sniping Suit, Expert Rings and Diabolus Robe reduce AC delay (and Bragi but that's a skill).

There may be others but they're not really common or viable.

You actually need the BG boots and garment to gain the 12% MHP
