Def bug?

I have a Spiky band and it is +7 so therefore I should get 13 def, but when I look at the stats menu it only adds 11.
And the description of a Buckler says it adds 4 def when it only adds 3 on the stats menu.
On other servers this 'def bug' does not happen, so I guess it's only with this server. Maybe the item descriptions should be changed?

Wrong, Stone Buckler is 3 DEF at +0.

And as for the +7 Spiky Band, that's also wrong. It isn't 7+6, it's...

---> 0.66 (% per Upgrade) x 7 (Upgrade #) + 6 (Raw DEF Bonus) = 10.62 rounded up to 11.
