RO folder >>> Animuspatch >>>> ???? >>>>>> profit.

If you want to patch rangarok_re, run ragnarok_re

If it takes you to a website:

http://providence.project-dissonance.com/tools/patcher/Ragnarok_RE.exe

dl this, replace your old ragnarok_re, with this.
