If you are talking about Skills and Stats resetter it is always available. o-o Can be found at the old places like far north of Alberta and job change room of Prontera.  :)

I just saw her sig, she has a lot of pretty good high lvled classes, I think she means something else.

LoL... my bad... I haven't played in a very long time... hence I mistakenly took the red marked skill and stat reset options on the skill/stat reset NPC as a sign that it's not working yet. I just tried it... and yup it is working perfectly well. Thanks guys. ^_^
