Title: Probelm runnin the patcer.

everytime i want to runt he update patch or raganarok_re  it sends me to a website. is that normal now?

yes. well patcher doesn't do that anymore. i just ran it again. but ragnaro_re sends e here

The ragnarok_re  sends me to that website to ever since I tried to update it.

Try replacing it with this edited version:
http://providence.project-dissonance.com/tools/patcher/Ragnarok_RE.exe

The new patcher checks for a Korean version of Windows and redirects to that website if it doesn't find it.
