Title: Skill window?

Idk if it's suppose to be like that but when I open up my skill window it's like waaaaaaaaaaayyyy different than the old server and I dont even know how to level up my skills. I have 107 skill points available and the only thing i could level up is the basic skills and I can't even click on my other skills.  So yea can someone help me out I'm confused.

It says "Used skill is unavailable to revert. Would you like to use the skill point?"  I don't know what the heck that means D;

OOoh, I think I'm getting it... Is there a battlemode or do we have to use F1, F2, F3, etc..?

Yes, f12 will show all 4 skill bars to use and you can set your BM settings by options>BM/shortcut settings. Just make sure you close your chat box by pressing enter when there is nothing typed in it so you can use the skills you set to things other than fkeys.  :)

just to make it clear lol.

basically there isn't the old type of battlemode anymore.
meaning to say the command /batlemode doesn't work. But something more versatile was design.

Your first Hotkey bar (hotkey 1) is default set to F1, F2, F3... F9
However the rest, Hokey 2, Hotkey 3, Hotkey 4 is not set by default, you have to assign keys to them manually.

you have to go option (by pressing Esc or select option in your expanded "basic info bar")
click BM/shortcut setting and set your own keys to each box ;D!!

It's a case of bad English.  What it means is that once you've applied the skill points, you can't change them.  (Of course, you can later using the skill reset npc :P)
