Dead branch and bloody branch. Dead branch spawns random monster, some small mvps. Bloody Branch spawns random mvps.

The weapon combos Doppelganger+Doppelganger and Baphomet+Doppelganger since they're too broken in those maps.

some are maps there were ks zones and for novice leveling map thats why they are disabled
