Alarm used to drop them as well. Were they added back to their drops yet, or was it not reported?

Wouldn't surprise me. I just remember on the test server they weren't dropping.

Kill Dragon Fly? He drops Clip [1] almost every time you kill him and his mob is just a bunch of Chonchons. He has 2,400 HP for goodness sakes.

I find him everytime I go for phreeoni :P. Try at some different times I guess
