Title: Weird problem...

Wasn't sure where to put this if it is in the wrong place then I am sorry GMs and please move it. My friend is having trouble trying to log in. I thought maybe she was typing in her info wrong, but I tried mine and it didn't work yet I can log into my name on my computer. Anybody have any clue as to what is wrong? It tells her "Failed to Communicate with the Server."

Check your firewall and connection.

Eeeehhhh... Stupid question, but how do you check that stuff again? It's Windows 7 if that helps.

im using windows XP but try going to Control Panel at Security Center then you'll find the Firewall section

Ok thanks. I can't believe I forgot where the firewall was. I've been using a computer for so long Makes me feel like an idiot. And neither my friend nor I can run the patcher. We both open it and it says "Cannot connect to server." but I have no problem running the game.
