Title: Do seals drop?

I've been hunting for seals from several mvps the last few days, and have yet to see a single seal drop. Have the drop chances been lowered, am i just super unlucky or are they not currently implemented? I've heard that seal 2 might not drop right now, but what about the others? Can anyone confirm having got any seals? X.x

From what I've been hearing, I guess they haven't been added to drop yet. Which sucks for those trying to gather them for the Arena. But I'm sure they'll be added again soon. x:

i asked gm to put them in AD shops a few days ago and got rejected as I suspected but they said MVPS are currently dropping them, so I dont know....

Yea, from what a guildmate told me, apparently they're dropping them again now. So I guess it's all good now. No more 1mil+ seal 2s. Yay~

They do now. I got a couple of seals from certain MVP's I've been camping the past few days.

Yeah, i i heard that they dont drop anymore...
That's y a bunch a people look for seal 2 so much...

Seals are dropping at 4% rate, so 4 * 3 = 12%.  Hope that helps.
