I was in Moscovia for about an hour and came out with over 150 cakes. Baba Yagas hold my vote for the best cake droppers. Not to mention Mavkas drop witherless roses and crystal mirrors. I say go to Moscovia and leave TF behind..

You can get around 300 cakes/hr in TF with a DD weapon and ganking stalker(rogue shouldn't be too far behind). Osiris Agi Up or Sleips or hasty shoes help out nicely. Get a decent amount of flee and a nice amount of str and you're set! I personally get raging trifecta blow as my plagiarized skill.
