How long does it normally take for a support ticket to be checked?

it depends on the issue but sometimes it can be answered in less than an hour

That's what I thought as well, but I have a spend credit request from yesterday still open.So I just assumed that the GM's were busy with other stuff but I was just curious about it.

I'm just busy with sqi arena. Spend credits are done within 2 days pending if it requires implementation or not.

My net has been out the last few days, so I couldn't do them. Apparently Tesla didn't want to do them, so I will be doing a few of them tonight and the rest later tomorrow.
