i was opening a support ticket before a week from the crash of animaro site . I thought that I can't open it again because it's a new server but my friends told me I can do so [ I am really confused ] So can anyone tell me if I can reopen it or it won't be useful ?

Yes, all Anima tickets were lost, you'll need to resubmit it, with as much info as you can.
