All the people who didn't donate experience lag. It's obvious, isn't it? So, donate!!

In all seriousness, though. It's not like you can just turn off lag. If there's global lag, the GMs have to find out what's the cause of the lag, and if it's their ISP, i.e. iWeb, well, what are they supposed to do? An ISP switch cannot be done within one hour, it takes quite a while. Besides, it's Sunday, I doubt a lot of people are currently working at iWeb. Don't hate on the GM team so much, rather find something else to do until those lag issues are resolved. :(

Imo, an ISP switch shouldve been done with the server software change.  iWeb has been having a bad track record lately with us, despite the special shit we've been getting.  There are all around better options - pricing, quality, care, customer service, etc.  Something worth considering, I guess.

I doubt that you'll find an ISP with much better customer service. As far as I have experienced, that's where ISPs usually tend to save money ... by reducing the quality to a minimum. Either way, to me it seemed as if iWeb's customer service was pretty good actually. As far as pricing goes, a lot of those companies with "great" offers are pretty fishy, unreliable, unstable, lots of downtimes, and so on, so I wouldn't really trust any cheap offers. I think that, starting from September, it was just kinda a "hard time" for iWeb, or, as you may call it, bad luck. Nobody expects certain stuff like this to happen.
Besides, the first lag problems that occured in September had nothing to do with iWeb actually. It was some malware tool on the database server that drained extreme bandwidth, no idea how it got there, but we were able to locate and destroy it.

We are aware of this and are in contact with iweb to have it resolved. We are directly in tough with their systems administrator and are trying to find pattern in its occurance to pinpoint and resolve the issue.
