Title: Card thats procs Tarots?

I saw a a guy proc it on a few guys that were attacking him. He was not a bard/dancer derivative.
Which card was this ?

Ring Of Resonance

The pair to the Ring of Flame Lord. The two rings resonate togeather, and its said that their abilities are strengthened.
AGI + 2, VIT + 1
MDEF + 2
Add a ?% chance of auto casting All kind of Skills when attacking.

The only cards that give the affect only work with bard/dancer classes.

The guy(LK) was spamming Quagmire and Tarots.
Not any other of those skills.
Quag can also come from punk cards.

But yea he wasnt wearing a reflect and he was taking hits. Meaning the effect proc'd on getting hit. I wonder if some card is not working the way its supposed too. The closes cards that give clown/Gypsy tree stuff are Violy and Aliza. This was in PVP and there was no Gypsy or Clown around.

RoR is rather fun. Not sure if thats what he did, funny though D:
