Since support tickets thingy isn't working. What do I do?

Either wait or if you think its highly urgent you can PM Talis or GM Haine :p they might be able to help you before tickets are up ^^

Yeah if its just a general question the PR's can probably help you but if its account related I think only GM's and Talis can help you with that >< If you do decide to PM them id wait unless its rather urgent for they are rather busy ^^

It was supposed to be released Tuesday but then the problems with our provider/servers threw us off a lot. Most of it is currently done though so we're hoping it should be released tonight.

I think they wanted to send a support ticket but since they couldn't, wanted to know what they could do. PM a GM maybe?

I've already tried that and I think I pm'ed the wrong gm. It's been awhile so I don't know what gm to pm.
