Title: Manuk and Splendid field?

I've heard those maps should have been implemented by now, but just how do you get there? I looked on the big wolrd map on RMS but they are kinda not connected to anywhere.. Is there some npc you needa talk to that will warp you there and are they implemented?

You need to do the New World quest, but the NPCs were removed.
