I didn't see any official word on this, please link me to it or just tell me but has any GM said why the New World quest npc is not in Pront castle? Any known plans to add it soon so players can start that quest?

With no replies I'm guessing that there has been no word yet on when we can start the New World quest?

the npcs got removed for some reason. im not really sure why =/
