RMS:
A handgun known for high accuracy and firing rate, it is known to be made for the lawless one who have gone through many difficult situations with nothing but his trusty gun.
Increases HIT and Attack Speed depending on the AGI of the player.

irowiki:
A highly accurate and rapid firing gun that was made in the memory of all the Gunslingers that had braved the unexplored wilderness.

•Hit Rate +1 for every 10 base Agi
•Aspd +1% for every 14 base Agi

My question is if we will benefit more if the Hit rate buff of Wester Outlaw will be changed to ATK+1% per 10baseAGI, and increasing the Aspd buff to +3% per 14baseAGI.

I think the gun is already better than the Garrison [2]. /swt
It looks ok as it is.

I don't think gunners need HITbuffs as much as ATKbuffs and more aspd.

At least with +3% aspd/14baseAGI the gunner has about two-thirds of doppelganger aspd. Instead of having a measly +7% extra aspd with 98baseAGI.

or get the soldier handgun from battlegrounds...that gun is hell good
