Title: I can't make character?

It says Character name already taken or something like that even when i try something random like asodhisygfbajnsd§123 for example. I deleted my one char and try to make another but I can't help me please

Bingo...it'll be disabled until they do the manual transfer of inactive/untransferred accounts.
