Should a low-level Chemical Protection Weapon/Armour skill ever be coded to a card for everyone to use? Like lvl1 CP Wpn/Arm (120 sec) with some sort of nerf added?
It would be handy when MVping, or fighting monsters like Ammut. I don't think WoE would be affected since most people that use CP use lvl5 CP Weapon/Armour (600sec duration) or Full Chemical Protection (600sec also).

Uh..Only if you have to keep the card on for the effect to work? That way it wont effect woe.
