PRs aren't supposed to hold Mini-Events, if I'm not mistaken?  They are here to answer general questions by players, and serve as a bridge between the GM team and the regular players.  Often times people have questions that they think that only a GM can answer, but generally since PRs are knowledgeable about a vast field of the game, they can answer it themselves and save the hassle for the GM team.

/heh Both are fine.
PR, as tsukaza said, are in charge to be like a bridge between players and the staff, and then there it comes socializing with them and answering their questions.
