ok just wanted some gm input is there still going to be instant cast after we finally transfer to the full server or are we going to have 20% bull?

This has been addressed quite a bit by Fidelis, and we've said it a lot in game if you did the beta, we do have IC, it's still 150, and we're re-tweaking the items so that classes like paladin can get IC with the % reductions.

i haven't been on the beta cause the whole "free users can only download 30 minutes for 1 file" then the whole thing with mega having a virus
