Each time I try to get onto animus (which still shows as a-nthem on my computer), I get these errors.
Now, since the server was going through down time, I tried downloading a few other servers. Could that have caused this error to occur?

you have to use anthemBETA.exe go to the beta forums and get it.

Run the mini installer from this thread (http://www.animusro.com/forums/index.php/topic,93905.0.html), and install it into your RO folder. After that, run Animus.exe and see if it still does that.

follow what doxy says instead :P my way is the outdated way.
