If you need to contact one member of the staff in particular, how would you go about doing it?

Common assumption would to be send a support ticket requesting audience with said member

Pm is the most obvious, moreso if you want a specific audience with someone.

No response from a PM and a support ticket is more for contacting GMs in general, not s specific GM.  It has been a busy time for the staff so I guess it could have been forgotten about.  I was asking because I remember it was policy at one point in time to delete any PMs from players and wasn't sure if that was changed.

I've always PM'd the GMs if I had a question and always got a reply.
