Win7 32 bit doesn't support it I think. 64 bit does.
or the other way around.

It depends if you're using a 32 or a 64 bit version of Windows 7.
If you are using a ...
... 64 bit version, you don't need to start with Anthem_win7.exe. You can use Anthem.exe and you won't get any errors. You will see clothing dyes, since you are not using Anthem_win7.exe. If you are using Anthem_win7.exe on a 64 bit version, though, you will obviously see no dyes.
... 32 bit version, you MUST use Anthem_win7.exe, because when using Anthem.exe, you WILL get errors upon logging in. You will see no clothing dyes, since you must use Anthem_win7.exe.
Anthem_win7.exe is the compatibility version for 32 bit Windows 7, but it can be used on other systems as well. It's the one without clothing dyes. Just as a small clarification! :)

So windows 7 on 64 bit CAN see dyes but the 32 bit CAN'T? O_O. Should be the other way around, :/.

Yes, but it doesn't really depend on the operating system that you are using, but on the client, i.e. Anthem.exe or Anthem_win7.exe. Basically, Win7 64bit behaves like every other Windows, Vista, XP, etc., but Win7 32bit is the one that acts strangely. As for your comment, I think, the 32bit versions are the "exotic" ones, and they will slowly vanish from the market, since new computers come with at least 4 GB RAM by default, and to use all of that RAM, you need a 64 bit version, as a result, most laptops and PCs are sold with a 64 bit Windows 7. I only see the 32 bit Windows 7 as a "backwards compatibility" version for older computers.

Damn, guess I made a mistake in getting the 32-bit edition >_>. Time to swap for 64-bit. Here I come Microsoft!
