I make my money stockpiling *and an another alternative source I never bothered to tell for my whole time playing aRO*. My method, I make my 3-5 mil(maybe 10 mil) zenny in about a few hours during 1 day span (niff or some other places) this is like rank white money,gj,and other misc things to buy, and during that same day I do stockpile of zenny savings of 10 mill that 1 day(this is after coming home from school and doing another hour or so) and save from there *money that's never touch until the end of the month or until something big happens an I need money snap like that* I lost track how much I made total I just count the zenny I do have.

Those methods work, but are kinda slow compared to Niffing.
If you have a deviant, eddgas, and a level 70+ merchant character, then it's surprisingly easy to Niff. I voted for like months, and took a loan from a friend to get the Deviant and Eddga. But once I did, it was exponentially easier to make money, the millions just kept piling up (and I kept spending them on leeches >.>) And if you can spare an additional five ads for Tirfing, it becomes even easier. Def gears like Armour Charm [400k from vendors], Opera Masque[quest made, takes 5 minutes] and Bone Helm[Forgot where I got it; I just found it in storage x_x] are easy to acquire and help a lot.
Note: Of course, if you, like me, aren't rich enough for a DBSS, you'll have to rely on always finding a priestess to mob for. Even so, it's more effective and more fun than cake farming. I'm still new enough to this to find mobbing fun. >.>

I know that. That's why I pointed out that you don't need a DBSS, you can simply party with a priest, with eddga, deviant and the cheap def gears I mentioned. Of course, they aren't always around, but it's still easier and more effective than cakes+sapphires.

Exactly. I did it with an alchemist, because I didn't want to sit around waiting for my homunculus to level. I never picked up my loot, but the people I mobbed for were always nice enough to bring a looter, and split the loot with me anyway. I got about ten million in four days or so, playing for a coupla hours each day.
These are the equips I was using:
+4 Bone Helm
Opera Masque
+7 Padded Armour[Disguise]
Fortune Sword (This is incredibly effective, reduces 20% incoming damage in a snap.)
+8 Tirfing Guard (The card is only five ads, pray for a cheap overupped shield. Khalitz is a passable replacement.)
+7Deviant Muffler
+7 Bearer's Shoes
Armour Charm
Safety Ring (Spring Rabbit would be better, but I don't have it.)
Also, partying with High Priests is best, so you can take an Assumptio before setting off to collect each mob. Makes things twice as easy.

If you log in at the same time each day, then a possible workaround is to find an HP who's willing to party with you for those thirty minutes each day. You'd make close to a million each day, which I think is pretty good.

I'm sorry, but 33k in 30 minutes is pretty bad. :/ Simply steal+killing blue herbs at the Ygg tree will give you about 60-90k in ten minutes. >.<
Wow, a Garm coat. o_o Nice. :3 Still, it doesn't stop Decrease Agi or Curse, and Shadow attacks will rape you. As far as I can tell, Garm armor outshines others when your defense is high enough that elemental attacks won't rip right through you when you're wearing Deviant.
The rest of your gears, like the Axe, and Circlet do almost nothing for your survivability, though they're probably useful in other situations.
You'd do better to get a Silencing Padded Armour+Armour Charm Combo instead, it works far better. They're both VERY easy to acquire. Just post a buying thread, I'm sure plenty of people have unused ones lying around. The same goes for the Bone Helm and Fortune Sword. These are items that people ignore in favour of Kahos and Brys and whatnot, but they're very handy and useful for people who aren't at that level yet. [The Bone Helm increases damage from Shadow attacks, but since you're silencing them, you can wear it safely.]
The Opera Masque can be made in five to ten minutes. Look up the thread on makeable headgears for the quest. All the ingredients can be easily bought or farmed. It's an easy +2 def, and it occupies slots you're not using right now.
It'd be better if you took those points from LUK and put them in AGI instead. As your level increases, you'll have passable flee too, which helps ever so slightly, as long as you make sure never to stop moving while you mob.
Also, you really can't mob without SOME kind of shield to use, even if it's not a Tirfing. I'd suggest getting a Khalitz to start with. PCbot says there's one going for 750k in Pront right now, which is affordable enough for something which reduces damage from everything in there other than Dullahans by 30%.
Your second accessory should ideally be a SR clip, but could be anything you think is useful, like that Tele clip you're wearing. I chose to wear a Safety Ring instead, since it adds +3 def, and I happened to have one lying around. I don't think it'd cost much more than a couple of hundred k.
Obviously, getting these things is going to cost you 2-3mil, or possibly even more if you go for overupped gears to put things like Khalitz/Tirfing in.[Which I highly recommend, by the way; every point of DEF counts!] You could use the blue herb method I mentioned, which is boring, but far more effective than what you're doing now. The simplest thing to do would be to just use whatever ads you have stocked up [even 2-3 would suffice to get you started, and it barely takes a week or two to get that]. Once you get started, and begin earning money, you can improve your gear set, by trading in your stuff for overupped things, and replacing Khalitz with a Tirfing, getting an SR clip, and so on.
Then there's the matter of finding someone to party with. When I played, I made a note of which priestess would be on at which time, and PM them accordingly. I'm not sure what you should do, though. Perhaps post something in the party recruitment thread? Or ask your friends if they know someone who fits the bill, or something like that. I really don't know.

put like 75 vit and rest on str and luk (if you want to keep critting). however one thing, considering you dont have one Doppel weapon, you'd do better in walking around with full agi (for aspd) + flee gears (since you can't tank, flee them) till you get decent defensive stuff and so pass for vit

I've had around 3 bill, but I don't think wealth should be calculated in zeny, I almost never have zeny unless I am saving for something or was doing a complete class change/gear revamp. Linmakana save your ads for the coming months (if your still around) remember eA will be in switching(those who vote gives plenty of time to get at least 20 or more ads by then) meaning new stuff and ADs to spend. AD's might get higher for that gap time when some of the new stuff gets out.

Linmakana, sell the +8 garm mink, get a Bapho Doppel mace +10 with 4 slots. The garm is good for tanking but a DBxx weapon is wayyyyyyy better.

Get around 50 dex, 80 agi 70-80 str type, rest on vit, then go try mobsters again or toy factory. It should increase or almost double your productivity time in your short span of playing. You can also run 70 dex to increase your lvl 1 steal rate but having rouge treasure increases that chance (though it is 5 ads in the item shop so your choice, an don't spend on it if you are conservative of your ads) reasons why 50 dex and rouge treasure so you have points to spend on other stats. I'm statting from a lvl 95+ non trans point of view.

That Garm is good, you can sell it for moneymaking gears, and then simply earn it back when it's going to actually be of some use to you. That way, you can save your ads too.

Yeah, it's not hard to imagine. When I tried my hand at cakeing with a level 96 sin, I failed pretty hard. I used to get like... twenty to thirty cakes an hour. I'm doing far better in other places, obviously.

rouge is a thief class. Just like sin, stalker and sinx are all thief class.

Hmms true says theif class description, but when I bought Rouge Treasure I used on my LK to test for farming saphs (test chance) from mobsters way way back. Maybe it wasn't suppose to be that way O.o or a glitch. *Bug report there if it still is able to be used by all classes*

The day i make a +10 V-set I'll consider myself rich.
Also i always thought GM's were geared with like different scripted angra manyu/ahura mazdah/brynhilds plus you guys being able to use GM cloak and able to use :@guildspy <guild_name/id> and @partyspy <party_name/id> kinda scares me sometimes, having my privacy peaked on. GM's can be spying on people cybering which is frightening

lol. one of these people. quite laughable. whats the bad stigma with donating if i may ask? if people didnt donate, you wouldnt have a server to play on. grats you can grind (golf clap), i used to grind too, when i didnt have a full time job and didnt have a life that needed tended to. so rather than continue to spend every waking moment on an mmo, oh sweet donate. not only do i get what i need, so does the server.
once youve grinded for something, it really loses its luster. "zomg im so proud of myself for never donating". im actually ashamed of you for never donating, how about showing some pride and support for you server. leech.

Theres nothing wrong with donating, i just choose not to. If there server like dies and they cant run it anymore and they need some serious help, then sure i'll help out. and thats why i said "(Sorry D:)" after saying i didn't donate. And yea chicken wings is right, alot of people have personal issues which dont allow them to donate. Plus the neighbors let me share their T1 connection so getting free internet

You mentioned internet. Guess what, I don't pay for it. My husband's aunt pays for the internet, since everyone else in the house uses it. Well, that's going to change next month when we have to pay for it, but that's besides the point.

I'm quite inclined to agree with katatonic.. If you really have a will to donate then it shouldnt be to hard to find some way or another. I've known plenty friends who's parents kept an eye on their credit card bills and whatnot, but there are TONS of ways around that. And no one says it has to be huge sums of money, my bf and I recently moved into an appartment together, neither of us have a job and I'm 18 he's 16.. even WE managed to scrounge up money to donate when the server needed help. It sure as hell wasnt a lot but it was something, which is always better than nothing.
Dont get me wrong now, I have nothing wrong with those who dont donate. I can also agree that it is very much easier for those who have jobs or some income. When i had a job not only could i donate bits to the server but i could quite easily get all the other stuff i wanted in RL, whereas, as a kid without a job there are tons of things you want and most are inclined to spend it on a good book or ps3 game on the rare occasion you actually have money. And if thats the case then thats totally fine, just dont complain that you can't donate.

i never donated myself (inb4stingy, wtv for you who think that). i got all my stuff through grindwork, i bought everything from other players and when i needed, got ads through clicking and buying from the grinded money.
we need to remember that there's 2 types of people ingame. who donate and sell the ads/gears they got, or those who grind and buy the gears from the people that bought them through donation. This makes the server balanced
without one type, the server would die and everyone would have to grind for cards ingame. without the other, there wouldn't be zeny ingame and buyers for donor stuff

Did I say that there was nothing left over? And no, we don't eat out much, only about 3 times a month. And yes, I'll find a way to pay for the internet, cause guess what, I use it for her benefit, as well. Rather than always calling the doctor with every single question, I can just do a quick search and see if I can figure it out myself.
And with any extra money, sorry, but I'd prefer to save up for her future, rather than on a game I've not even played in months. Even if I still played, My daughter> A game.
So, still, there are reasons not to donate.

I'm the last person who would ever make a +10 sqi. EVERY TIME I try to up anything it breaks and what ever is next to it breaks too. The mjol was made by Dazzy, he actually did break like everything and it came down to breaking the mjol, but noo. the thing didn't break. So that is the story of Dazzy's failed attempt at failing.
