Title: Wait Time for Support Ticket

Has anyone had a support ticket from back when AnimaRO was around?
If so, how long did it take for it to be resolved or is it still pending?

Some people have waited almost 3 years, depending on the type of ticket.

If it's a ticket regarding "stolen" gears, you're probably going to wait a while.

Ya but from what I can tell tickets are answered MUCH faster now. All the tickets I've heard about lately have at least gotten a gm reply in a day or 2

Ohh.. that's not the case for me.
I think it's because mine is from AnimaRO which is why it's taking so long.
I hoping any day now.
It's been a long 3 years.. >__<
