so i installed again the new athemro
and when i run the patch it says
20090215dlludate.rgz is not a GPF o RGZ file, try later
can someone help me please

That is a pretty old patch. You didn't download one of the latest installers, did you? http://www.anthemro.com/forums/index.php/topic,90219.msg2266428.html#msg2266428
When patching, make sure that no RO window is opened, and if you get this error, try again after a few minutes. When using Windows Vista or 7, make sure to run the patcher as an administrator.
