Title: Event items dropping off town spawn monsters

I have found a monster that is dropping red envelopes lol, as this intended ?
This monster spawns in towns - I found a few appearing in alberta

They're spawning in Prontera, Amatsu, and probably other places.  It's intended, I think---? Since I got a few myself.

Just found Zu pu longs - what did you find ?

The same.  They just tend to hide in corners of the map (especially in Pront).

Red envelope drop rate is very low - I got a ton of crackers and yarn though ._.

Not doing it for now.
